NAMI Hennepin Support Groups

There are several NAMI Support Groups that are ongoing in Hennepin County. NAMI support groups are peer groups meaning that the trained volunteers leading the groups have a similar experience to the participants. They are drop in groups - no need to call or register. Come as you are!

Groups are available for people living with a mental illness, family members, and parents of children under 18.

Many people living with a mental illness find support groups to be a meaningful part of their recovery. For family members they are safe place to talk, help relieve stress, and improve their understanding of their loved ones struggles and what might help.

Groups typically do not run on Holidays. On those date you may want to call before attending.
